The 1950s marked an important era in the history of Abdul Rahman Albisher & Zaid Alkazemi Co. From a small work shed in the deserts of Kuwait that was to become Shuwaikh Industrial Area, Haji Abdul Rahman Albisher and Haji Zaid Alkazemi planned to fulfill their vision of bringing Mercedes-Benz to Kuwait. It was in 1950 that negotiations began with Daimler Benz and in 1954 when these negotiations finally culminated in the signing of the contract. It was in the 1950s when Abdul Rahman Albisher & Zaid Alkazemi Company took off on a journey of success, excellence, and prosperity.
